If you go to the upstairs part where the door is to the roof and fight there, leave a scrying eye alive you will eventually fight pretty much every enemy in moonrise of that level leaving just the docks, prison and roof left. You don't get any bonus dialogue for Jaheira if you wipe them all out before she even mentions and assault though.
