So it does much less damage. With the Dual Wield Feat, you can dual wield any weapon, as long as they are not tagged as heavy.

Unless you are building a Strength based Rogue, then "Great Weapon Master" is pointless. You need to stick with "Finesse" weapons for Dex build, so dual wielding. If you add the "Dual Wielding" feat, then you can dual wield non light weapons like Rapiers, but they still need the Finesse property for Dex to work with them. 1.
