I always recommend Anarchy because it gives a huge damage increase for only one point. If you don't like the accuracy loss there's always Discord to burn off excessive stacks. The bee is incredibly fragile but also massively boosts your damage output. Witb blood soaked shields however you can keep it up most of the time. (Legendary) Anarchist is probably the best one in any case as it flat out boosts gun damage. But as elemental Gaige becomes unviable later in the game, i love playing her in the earlier levels, where the zapper and catalyst class mod is suited for.
