Since then I have had no issues with the service up until Mon 6/15. I called Tech support and automated response immediately told me there is a Service Outage in the area. I got a live agent and she told me the same thing but said they can text me if the outage has been resolved. Got the text about 4 hours later and checked speeds again.This outage has been going on SOLID for over 24 hours now. Each time I check the status, the "resolution" time keeps getting farther and farther into the future. Why should I be paying for a service that does not work? I can get a T-Mobile "Cell-Spot" and just cut you guys off. The least you can do is explain why it's been down for so long ...Correct and I do know this. If the OP called to report not seeing a home modem from off the Cox network, as a rep, this wouldn't alarm me because I could see the home modem is online and OP is off the Cox network..
