I ran into this and the only reasoning I found was that I was using a blueprint for a gun that I didn’t have the base gun unlocked. I still get this bug even with the gun unlocked. I had a blueprint weapon in the insured slot and could never spawn with it or any other gear. Removed the blueprint and just made a new gun build from scratch and haven't had the issue since. Make sure your equipment is attached to the gun. Once I saw when I entered DMZ that my attachments were bugged and not attached. Go into the weapons bench and reattach them. Also you can use 5 attachments. I recommended incendiary rounds. Bring an ammo box I had to kill a ton of armored bots solo to get helicopters to come.
