The plasma flamer has always been ridiculously good. It’s been the best rifleman/gunslinger weapon for a good while now. Enclave is just a better version of plasma gun and can now be made legendary so yeah…also all the big you tubers have made a video on it recently, like soloing Earle, probably why it’s so popular atm

I just checked and the rifleman perks increase the damage on a plasma rifle with the flamer mod. I suppose it might depend on what attachments you have on it. I changed the flamer attachment to automatic barrel and the automatic rifle perks increased it's damage. I didn't see any attachment for an automatic flamer mod. As far as the enclave plasma flamer, generally the same as the others, AA, bloodied, vampires, etc. quad is useless. I have a 2* AA/ap regen on kill and it slaughters everything. I would probably keep rolling for a vampires (I have a 2 plasma flamers) but I’m keeping the AA for sure. Enclave Plasma Rifle is the strongest weapon in the game, stronger than even Legacy weapons. Flamer mod, reactive sights, and stablized stock is all you will need. Prime receiver is optional. If you are questionable about rerolling the legendary mods on this gun, you have some other options. Get another Enclave gun/rifle. And roll that one till you get something you like better.

Wohoooo Finally found the flamer mod for enclave plasma gun. I did server hop for 1 -2 hrs can't remember and I got this mod from watoga station. I read somewhere that it can spawn at 3 vendors i.e. watoga station, watoga shopping mall vendor and R&G station. What I did was had my survival camp at R&G station and 1 camp near Watoga station.Yes that's a really good roll. B and FFR are great for the flamer, and energy weapons break really quickly.
