Most leveling kits will tell you what size tires they allow you to fit in the product description. Most 2.5" kits will tell you that you can fit 35's with proper wheels. It may or may not bother you. With 1.25” wheel adapters (“spacers”), you’ll stop rubbing the suspension but you’ll start rubbing the crash bars. The crash bars can be spread or removed to resolve this. 1.25” is the thinnest adapter you can use without cutting down the factory wheel studs.Maybe with a skinny 35", a 34.5x11.5 may work. I had 35's on my '04 with a 2 1/2" level and had rubbing until I found wheels that were 8 inches wide with 5 1/2 inches of backspacing. Tires were 315x70x17 BFG AT's. MPG will drop to some extent. But what is the. real world difference? 18 (Screw, 3.5, W/3.55s), I'm getting between 18.5 - 20 MPG to the tank.Feb 16, 2015 · 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - 2.5" level with 35s on factory king ranch wheels - I am posting this because I know there is a lot of questions about if 35s rub or will fit with just a level. I have no rubbing what so ever and they fit great. I did not need any spacers but they are close to the control arms. The tires are... Gears, headers, intake, tuner and bed cover = about the best performance and mpg you'll achieve when lifting and going with larger/heavier/more aggressive tires. I have a 2012 f150 5.0L running 6.5" lift with 35x20's and no aftermarket performance currently. To give it to you straight, you can fit 35-inch tires in any new model of the truck— especially the F150, RAM 1500, and Silverdo. A 2.5 to 3-inch leveling kit can easily accommodate 35s. A leveling kit is the most affordable and accessible option to follow.
