Deleted everything except for Fin’s AI Tweaks, still had the same issue. Disabled all spawn changes within config for Fin’s AI… that didn’t do it either. Deleting the mod entirely reverts things back to normal and the enemies are back, so it’s definitely something with Fin’s AI mod. Just starting using Fin's AI Tweak and notcied I get attacked by other scav while playing as a scav without having killed or shot at any PMCs or Scavs. The last raid I loaded into Facotry, and just started looting the jackets and cabinets in the office area, there was another scav there just chilling then after a few minutues he killed me.
