Yeah there have been a few of those. The most egregious ones are probably City Bar in Las Vegas, Garrison Tavern in Colorado, and Ace’s in Texas. If I’m remembering right, all three of those were sold before the episode even aired on tv. There are probably some other ones that I’m forgetting.
