All you need do to know absolutely for certain is make a separate ground connection for the blower, bypassing the Splice-Pack. You don't need to worry about separating or isolating the existing ground connection (through the harness to the Splice-Pack).

One goes aft to the trailer connector. The other wire goes to a splice, changes color to black, and goes forward to the ground splice pack, G105 ...
If you have verified no power to the blower connector, check the Ign&HVAC relay. If that is okay, pull the right kick panel and down low in the opening look for a 22 pin connector (white or light gray). Check the condition of the pins. Power for the blower goes through that connector (Brown wire/Pin A8). Stupid smilies : that is pin A8.

It will list all of the terminals that can be used in the splice packs. I think that the two splice packs use a different combinations of pins. Just in case you need it, the part that has the male pins is part number 15369276.
