Hey. On my challenger the blend door is the one on the driver side up high kinda behind the instrument cluster. I recommend getting an actuator from the dealer or mopar. I had problems with the aftermarket one. To turn the actuator gear the dealer told me to get a 9 volt batter and two small wires.Then I am afraid it may be a blend door or actuator. I would check with local car ac shops or the dealer because depending on what is wrong the dash may have to be really disassembled. If so, did the steering column need to be removed for access (as noted in the factory shop manual) or was it able to be replaced by just removing the lower dash trim pieces?
