Ever since the last patch I have been having issues. Primarily in dungeons, raids, and main cities. There will be issues where other players will freeze in place for a few seconds, and then suddenly lurch forward. Boss attacks will come out in odd intervals instead of the steady pace they usually do (I.e. Amphibious Talos in Malikah's Well dungeon.
