Recently I've started having an issue where on the first or second attempts to start the car with the push button start, the car doesn't crank but only goes to Accessory mode. Generally the car will finally start after pushing the button a few times.I took my car ( CRV diesel 2.2 2007 £175k) into the garage when it was having problems turning cover, was taking 3-4 turns.
