If you settle there, you will suffer nearly constant assaults by the local fishmen.Steady supply of skeletons to recruit. Settling near mongrel is also an option as the fogmen wont eat you, and the prince heads are a steady supply of money. The valley between the Dust King tower and the waystation is a great place to settle, haven't seen any HN patrols, tax collectors or shek extortions.

This game has too many enemies. Now, hear me out. I don't mean that from a "Oh, woe is me, I'm getting ganked by thirty bandits and I'm just one person," standpoint. I actually welcome the difficulty aspect of it. Rather, I'm coming from a lore standpoint. I mean, how do the thirty bandits support themselves?
