But to answer your question, impatient is not needed with lazy. If you still want to use it, you should disable the lazy cache in the config. So much easier than using Neovim plugins that need to remap keys and other workarounds. +1 for this one, this really helps git feel like it is well integrated within neovim. Make a few changes, pop in, stage, commit, and push the changes in a few hotkeys, close the buffer and move on.
