Delete the normal map inside your surface appearance. Im not sure where you got the normal map textures but I believe that is causing the effect. Delete it since your mesh and texture does not require it and its also not working as intended. Good luck!

Although roblox doesnt endorse 3rd party programs, roblox will allow users to do this as long as they don’t use it for exploiting.
