Im having trouble in my mole getting a ping or a scan to happen. I can get into scan mode or into mining mode but can't seem to get a ping or scan to go even with default keybindings. Any signals that are over 4000m will NOT be the small gem deposits and can be ignored. Signals that appear closer should be flown closer to and investigated, once you get a gem marker, then switch to scanning mode in the ship and perform a scan on the rocks to see type of gem. (need to get pretty close in this version to scan).

There's a file named Game.log inside your LIVE folder. Open SC, try to set camera / FOIP, fail at it, close SC.
