The Aguila would not run in the TX22, so I tried it with my TX22 target model and the silencer, and got the same result. Boy, the TX22 pistols sure bend a cartridge when loading fails ! Well, I figured the P322 wouldn't run the bulk stuff either, but it ate the whole magazine … So I am in a compliant state (non threaded barrel and 10rd cap). Really want the P322, but Sig is not making it for restricted states and no immediate plan to. If I have a local shop pin the barrel and block the mag, I will have no valid warranty from Sig on the P322. If I go the TX22 route (non-competition version) it will not be optic ready.
