Pellet cookers are great due to ease of use but they don't lay down the smoke like a stick burner. I really like the Yoder YS640 much more so then the other two pellet cookers I owned. It puts out some great BBQ! That said I am also shopping for iether a Yoder Cheyenne or Wichita. I also can't seem to get rid of my old cheap GSOM.
