Hk 91 receiver.
It is a factory HK-91. I checked the receiver. it is still straight and true. Pin holds are not worn or elongated. I noticed the problem this last time I went out with it. I put about 100 rounds of surplus Australian 7.62x51 through it (out of an unopened tan plastic battlepack from the early 2000's) cycled everything normally.

The weak recoil spring allows the bolt to come back with so much force that the rollers eventually to put reverse dimples/bulges on both side of the receiver.
