They they made a deal to have the rights to perform the same test under the label QNatal. I also worried after a week, so I called for more info. They only start the test on Wednesdays and Saturdays and apparently it can take 11 days after the start date. My test took 2 weeks and 1 day total. My results were 100% normal. Try not to worry.
