Regal is attempting to modify the contract by fiat. You cannot modify a contract with acquiescence by silence. If Regal wanted to modify the contract, it had to send an offer. Which would then have to be accepted. And, before we go there, I sent my cancellation many months ago. Regal ignored it and then wanted to charge me.If you want to pause it past that I'm not sure you can. You can try contacting regal to see if they'll keep it paused. If you've already restarted it I don't think you can pause it. Just contact support.
