Basically wipe the sensors (not sure if this helped), and then follow the video start 1:24, remove the waste bin and "cycle -> reset -> reset -> reset". Mine cept saying full even if I actually emptied the drawer AND pushed reset. I figured out that I needed to run a cleaning cycle for it to reset.
