The latter is why I love going to Longs, so I can stock up (and eat) before I'm stuck heading back to the Mainland. The Kihei Longs is a decent one with a nice large parking lot that isn't overly full. Being as the Longs is the only main thing in that particular strip mall, you don't have to deal with the horrid traffic at the one in Kahului.
