I do kinda feel as though the majority of players are trying to join quests that are open for Join Requests rather then are looking for players.In the PlayStation 4 main menu select Settings >> Network >> View Connection Status. That's what's causing the bug in most cases atm. Having the same problem! Same problem. I was appearing offline and no one could join my posted hunt. I switched to appearing online and that fixed it.
