It took a while, but did finally pop. I think after 2 or 3 searches with each. Not sure if it was necessary but before each search I closed the tab and opened it again through the punch card. I closed the punch card before completing it and can't figure out how to get the damn thing to come back.

On a mobile device - uninstall/reinstall the app to determine if it begins to work. Mobile search points only work on phones. It is a built in feature in most browsers these days, including old browsers like Internet Explorer. You press F12 (the developer tools menu) and go to the emulation tab. Click on a device that is a phone and not a tablet. You should be able to get your points.
