I use a Mossberg Maverick 88 myself, basically same as the 500, except for the trigger assembly, and trigger guard mounted safety, All aftermarket parts interchange, and mine has the 20" barrel and 8 shot capacity. I personally have a Mossberg 500. The SuperNova is the better gun, you should buy the 500. Easier to clean than my pump (Mossberg 500)! Way less parts. Sure there are some good youtube videos to do it justice, but to me the best part is the bolt group clips into the action bar sleeve and everything slides into place (after you align the bolt slide connecting rod to the recoil spring guide).
