But I also like the low sights on the SAS, though there is no safety. The porting is what intrigues me most on the SAS. Ive always had great experiences with ported pistols.

Did 5 reps of 2 rounds and had 3 FTLB. Did 3 reps of 10 rounds and slide failed to lock back all 3 times. The extended mag FTLB 3 times with one round, once with 2 rounds and did successfully lock back on each of the 3 fully loaded mags I shot. Like you, I made sure my grip was firm and wasn't riding the slide. It's a real head scratcher for me.

Looks like they're listening when it comes time to muzzle blast, close range firing and just self defense purposes. FYI.
