I was definitely hoping they would send the 4, so don't get your hopes too high. From experience (was lead tech in training at Asurion a couple years ago), the lead was primarily in charge of making a schedule for other techs, inventory management, training, shipping out old displays, batteries, etc. It's not too bad honestly, but this varies on location.
