The sled the tractor is pulling has a weight (s) on it. The further you pull, the closer the weights slide to the front of the sled putting down pressure on your drawbar. The sled is ground driven - as you pull it, the weights are driven forward, eventually to the point you cant go further.

Look for a 715 combine carb off a 301. Not a 806, 706, 656 etc etc,, A 715 carb. I dont think you can put a 263-301 crank in a 221 block.
