Fuse box 2008 chevy cobalt.
Nov 14, 2015 · Hello, I recently purchased the shop manual for my 2008 cobalt I am attempting to replace my air inlet valve actuator. The very fist instruction says to "Remove the fuse labelled HVAC CTRL (BATT)." I have located my fuse box behind the trim panel on the passenger side. The diagram on the inside of that panel looks like the one in the image below.

Thelittleguys answered 4 years ago. Some models have a resistor mounted in the fan shroud that could be a possible cause, just run a jumper wire and bypass the resistor. If the fan works replace the resistor. Clean your terminals, charge the battery and see if that helps. Once the electrics are solid then see if the ignition switch is bad. Track down the ignition relay on the fuse/relay board and rig a jumper. When it happens, jump it, if it works then the ignition switch or relay is suspect. Mark in Queens NY.
