Allen in my head seems to be stronger than Thragg seeing as he effortlessly took down Nolan and rips apart viltrumites in seconds. I can’t imagine Allen losing to Thragg or Battle Beast and they were pretty much even (Thragg and BB) when they fought. Mark bested Allen in the last volume of the series so he is at the top.
