I have tried 2 ways; ASM set to 300, and my host's server manager slider set to difficulty 10 (which if I did my math right was wild 300's). I am seeing wild dinos at 725 (maybe higher? The posts above tell you. difficulty offset of 1 means base levels of 1-30. The override line is the multiplier, applied to the base levels. so override set to 5, and difficulty offset of 1 makes makes level 150. 1-30 x 5 = up to 150. Same as officials.
