What you would be lead to believe is that more stamina is better, since you can evasive more often, vanish, etc. But the 3-bar majin build is absolutely insane; they deplete all of their stamina in one go with a 3-bar evasive (most often one that moves them away from their attacker) and immediately fly to break their own stamina.

Max Stamina is still very good regardless of how you plan on building him, because Male Majin really wants to be kept out of his extra damage threshold. Even a simple super when you have 1 Stamina bar is going to eat like half a health bar, so tanking hits when you are approaching the threshold can be worth it.
