Started 3 or 4 days ago. First day got points on mobile but they did not show on laptop, since then no mobile points anywhere. FYI I've tried bing, edge and start none are earning mobile points I've logged out & in, cashe was cleared even rebooted. Also both mobile and laptop are on the same network (also tried using mobile network - no diff).

Search a random word, scroll down to related searches, tap one, hit back (it'll go right back to the related searches list), tap the next, repeat.
