May 13, 2020 · It's heavier, but to say the P365-380 is "heavy" is funny, IMO. ETA: The weight of the P365-380 with an empty magazine is 15.7 ounces (445 grams). The weight of a Glock 42 with an empty magazine is 13.76 ounces (390 grams; Glock's website has a typo listing it as 1 2 .76 ounces / 390 grams). That's a 1.94 ounce (55 gram) difference. The 42 is lighter and has a similar grip angle to the glock 17/19. I didn’t like that there wasn’t front slide serrations and the slide release was harder for me to hit compared to the bigger release button on the p365. Glock 42 is my everyday carry in an Alabama kydex pocket holster.
