feel the bottom of the steering column collar. you should feel 2 or 3 holes. The hole closest to the ignition is not a screw hole. grab a Philips screw driver or a metal rod, like ARC Welding Rod. Now press on the brake pedal. Then take the rod & push it up into that hole, now you should be able to shift into neutral.
