Please understand, I know that in general, home warranties are a scam and a waste of money. However, I'm in escrow for buying a three year old house and the contract requires me to choose a home warranty up to $795. I can either get one at no cost to me or waive the requirement and get nothing. I can't take the $795 as a seller credit.
