RXOM here too. I definitely do more of the technician job than the RXOM job. I do rotate with my technicians. I answer phone calls, give vaccines, fill, type almost all prescriptions since most of my technicians don’t or slow to type, and do some other technician jobs. No time to do managerial jobs.
