The reason you want 60 out is because a lot of tier 1-3 constructor recipes can be overclocked to 20/40 inputs for 100% efficiency so it makes for easier balancing post smelting. Anyway, hope that helps!Add a sink at every mixed belt end. Add overflow sinks before merging mixed belts as a failsafe. Don't merge expanding recipies (screws, wire, quickwire) on mixed belts.
