If you want your NSP to be hash identical just make sure to pack the files in the same order. This however is absolutely pointless.NSP will be the original release. So if you have a game that runs in a emulator, but has a issue running with the updates included, this can cause you problems. NSP is usually better since it's easier to install if you actually have a switch. They work the same on yuzu. XCI is a cartridge dump and NSP is the nintendo store file. There is no real difference between the 2 and yuzu can use both types.
