My first sensor gave me a "sensor not working. Please remove sensor and start a new one." After wearing for just 3 days. Now, my second sensor has done the same thing after 4. I contacted customer service to replace them, but this is insane.

I’ve been using the Freestyle Libre CGM for a bit over 2 years now and it normally works very well though I feel it under reads my actual blood glucose levels slightly most of the time. I’ve had a few sensors which were faulty and were replaced by FreeStyle Libre.Abbot replaced them all, but asked me to return the last sensor. I asked for a returns package which failed to arrive with the replacement sensors. A month later I get a passive agressive e-mail from Abbot asking why I failed to return the sensor. I packed it up and sent it to the address in the e-mail.The Sensor automatically stops working after 14 days and must be replaced. Replace the Sensor if you notice any irritation or discomfort at the application site or if your device reports a problem with the Sensor currently in use.
