I am at my wit's end trying to figure out if this is possible in my second playthrough, and all I have left to do is ask. I have exhausted every possible way I can think of to trigger the "cliff side" scene with Shadowheart, or to make progress with her romance while siding with the Goblins and recruiting Minthara to no avail.
In my playthrough, I romanced shadowheart, but when Halsin finally came on to me late in act 3, I denied him at first but admitted that I would be interested if not for shadowheart.
