The EK practice exams and UWorld both seemed a lot harder than the actual MCAT. The SB and the AAMC full lengths were about the same level of difficulty. I went into the test center feeling pretty good. I had a great night of sleep and a good breakfast. Up until a week before the exam, I was feeling very nervous.
Overall finished in the 98-99th percentile (according to Uworld’s performance report). qpack 1 first several passages are hard af. First half of qpack 1 is notoriously difficult. Hard to compare the two, but obviously AAMC is more representative. By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. I spent 6, almost 7 months preparing for this exam. Averaged 515 on FLs, memorized the Kaplan books, and reviewed all 3,048 UWorld questions (also re-did the incorrect ones a second time). I personally believe UWORLD is much harder. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there. It gets much better about 1/3 of the way through it, to the point it’s much easier than UWORLD.
