So they corrode / get dirty and give tons of false pinch alerts. Sometimes the pinch alert requires a full unplug to reset. Removing the bonnet, flexing/bending back the latches (I discovered I wasn't properly seating the back clasps in-place, this helped a bit with the jerky spinning but failed to avoid the pinch detect fault) Emptied the tray, ensured the bag was installed properly. Emptied the litter entirely and replaced to ensure it's below the fill line.

We've had a litter robot 3 for about 6 4 months. A few days ago it got stuck in the middle of a cycle. I didn't see it when it stopped, but it looks like it completed the first half to dump the waste then got stuck before it started rolling back to the home position. The yellow light is on solid.
