The other half is being pooled. Servers get about $20-22 an hour, plus 20% service charge fee, plus any tip the members give. Me and the bussers get $18 an hour, 12% service charge fee and no tips. I kinda calculated it and feels like I only make $10-$20 a day as both an expo and runner.
