Re initialize the Windows. From each window - use its door control to run the window down, then all the way up and hold the switch for an extra second or two. Then the drivers door controls will work for those windows. I usually use the driver's side control and have had no problems, but today I was using the passenger side control because I was training someone on my route. Anyway, I would press it and it wouldn't work right away until I flicked it up and down a few times.That usually does it. I've also taken the switch apart inside a large ziplock bag (to catch any small parts that spring out) and manually clean the contacts with cleaning fluid and fine abrasive paper. But if the car is overheating both fans should be running at high speed, in which case, if the sub fan relay has failed, the main fan will still function.

Have you disconnected the battery lately? (Or lost power to the car for some other reason?) The window may just need to relearn its up and down positions.
