I have an 08 with a battery from 2018 which is normal lead acid. Your best bet would be to remove the battery to confirm it is a lead acid. I believe they use Yuasa batteries. If it’s lead acid, the battery tender is fine. If by chance it is a lithium ion battery, you need a tender that is compatible with lithium ion. I have no issues with any of them. Current Ride 2018 Can Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR ++. Previous rides 2020 King Quad 750, 2009 King Quad 750, 2006 Vinson. Like. It appears as though Arctic Cat started making their own ATV motors in 2007. All of the Acrtic Cat 650 and 700 V-Twin engines were Kawasaki motors. The 700 DOHC single is a Suzuki motor. All of the H1 and H2 SOHC engines are Arctic Cat's own (550, 650, 700, 951 V-Twin). Not sure about anything smaller than the 550.

The rear brake foot pedal and the rear hand brake eventually connect to two cables that terminate just above the rear axle. The arm or lever or whatever that these two cables connect to seems to be stuck in the forward position (thus locking the brakes). I soaked it in WD40. Used a crow bar to pull it rearward about 3/4".

Went through 3 plows and 3 winches with my 05 and traded it in for my 2014 with power steering.
