Planning on visiting week of April 2O-27 to Dalmatian coast from Dubrovnik to Spit but weather says 50-60F (10-20C) and while that is nicer than NY in April, wondering if possible to swim and go to beaches. The architectural grandeur is on a different level, though I did enjoy Vis Town. I am an annual visitor to Hvar. Replete with charm. Take the walk up to the fortress. Lovely coastal walks in either direction of the town. Honestly, both options are well worthy of 2+ day. Whichever decision you make will be a good one.
