Posted March 9, 2019. I was informed by Vortex support that Vortex was designed to work independently of MO2 and NMM. This might be why Vortex is not loading mods, while MO2 is still working ok. I uninstalled MO2 & NMM and also uninstalled all the mods in Vortex before doing a fresh install of Vortex.
